Company Description

WareDepot provides comprehensive warehouse management solutions, e-commerce fulfillment, and inventory management. Our services include re-labeling, material requirement planning (MRP), quality checks, bar-coding, combo packages, poly bags, cardboard boxes, loading, and timely transportation to marketplace fulfillment centers. We cater to e-commerce fulfillment, retail fulfillment, and platforms like Amazon/FBA and Flipkart Assured. We also offer on-demand warehousing services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Associate located in Wagholi, Pune. The Business Associate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, supporting operations team, make campaigns with marketing team, make MIS reporting and share to client daily, communicating with clients and internal teams, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include data analysis, MIS daily reporting, operations support, push marketing emails, customer interaction, and project management to ensure smooth warehouse operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Prior Experienced in Excel and WMS
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and client interaction
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Pune
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management is a plus
