Role Overview:
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be expected to bring a minimum of 5 years of experience and work closely with the Finance and Accounts teams to ensure smooth financial operations of the organisation. Based at our Hyderabad office, you will play a key role in managing accounting functions, supporting compliance, and contributing to the company's overall efficiency as an IT solutions export organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to maintain accounts on ERP software & Tally.
• Ability to handle banking transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare Basic Financial Reports and Letters for correspondence.
• Maintaining Petty expenses - Cash, CC, other modes.
• Bills - Save them (Both Hard & Soft Copies).
• Tax compliance - Payments & Filings, meeting due dates.
• Ability to understand basic GST and Income Tax law with day-to-day compliance.
• Ability to handle various online compliances, viz. Income tax, GST, etc.
• Vendor & Purchase Management.
• Bank Correspondence.
• Proactive in updating trackers and saving bills/documents at the transaction level.
• Handling Internal audit & Government departmental work will be an added advantage.

Skillsets:

• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Basic Knowledge in Tally, MS OFFICE.
• Good knowledge of MS Office will be a Plus.
• Basic Knowledge of TDS, GST Rates, Due Dates, and Filing.
• Complete Knowledge of PT, PF, ESI Payments and Filing.
• Responsible & Focused with Numbers and Calculations.
• Good at Email communications / Letter preparation.

Education and Experience:

• Graduation / PG (Any Commerce-related)
• Minimum Experience 2-3 years
• Full-time and flexible to work on weekends.
