Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive located in Palsana. The Senior Executive will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth execution of logistics processes, and collaborate with internal teams to meet performance metrics. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, analyzing data, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The individual will also drive process optimization and support the implementation of innovative logistics solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Operational and Management skills, including logistics operations, workflow coordination, and team leadership
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills, including data analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Communication and Collaboration skills, including stakeholder management, report generation, and cross-functional teamwork
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, data management tools, and technology platforms used in logistics
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
  • High adaptability, organizational skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence
