About the team:
We are looking for Digital Designer with 5+years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and to be part of our growth story. The team aims to strengthen EG's digital communication by creating high-quality, scalable designs for social media, digital advertising, newsletters, and web assets. The role ensures visual consistency, efficiency, and brand excellence across EG's digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design digital ads and assets for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Develop scalable template systems for social media, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Create and maintain email templates aligned with EG's CVI and tone.
  • Support UX and web design teams with visual assets for campaign landing pages.
  • Ensure quality, precision, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of EG's design library and visual standards.
  • Apply AI-assisted design methods to enhance concept development, visual consistency, and production efficiency across digital assets.

Your workday, your tasks and mandatory skill set:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Communication, or any related field (or equivalent practical experience. Candidates from any discipline with a strong design portfolio are welcome.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design.
  • Strong portfolio covering digital ads.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe In-Design, Adobe Illustrator is a must.
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and detail.
  • Understanding performance design and UX principles.
  • Excellent English-speaking skills both verbal and written

Required Skills:

  • Experience designing product marketing or sales enablement materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Awareness of how AI tools can improve design efficiency and consistency.
