Business Development & Sales Executive
to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an
individual contributor role
focused on generating leads, cold calling, and closing business with clients in the
Staffing and IT Recruitment
space. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, a natural networker, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Pitch staffing and recruitment services to clients across IT and non-IT domains
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with internal recruiters to deliver quality candidates
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline, and conversions using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
