Job Description
  • Design, develop, and deploy decision models, business rules, and BPM workflows using Decisions/ODM/Drools.
  • Develop SQL queries to fetch, transform, and analyze data for business reports and dashboards.
  • Use Python for automation, data manipulation, and integration with decisioning systems.
  • Design and publish Power BI dashboards for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
  • Integrate APIs and data sources into decisioning applications.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and provide end-to-end production support.

Job Specification
  • 3–6 years of experience in Decision Development / BPM automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Decisions Tool, Decisioning, ODM, or similar decision engines.
  • Strong SQL development skills (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
  • Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and integrations.
  • Experience in Power BI dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX queries.
  • Strong understanding of decision tables, SLA management, scorecards, and reporting workflows.
  • Exposure to API development and integration (REST/SOAP).
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
