We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pega Developer with foundational knowledge in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). The ideal candidate will be a Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or actively pursuing certification, and eager to grow in a dynamic, enterprise-level environment focused on real-time customer engagement and decisioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications:

  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) – Required
  • Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) – Preferred or in progress
  • Pega Lead Certification(CDH) - Required
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of Pega PRPC, NBA Designer, and CDH components
  • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and REST APIs
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Pega Gen AI Blueprint and Agility Toos, Data pipelines.
  • Understanding of real-time decisioning and customer engagement flows
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship
  • Experience in Personalization, Next Best Action in Pega (NBA, NBX)

Roles and Responsibilities

Development & Configuration

  • Assist in designing and implementing Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies using Pega CDH.
  • Configure basic decisioning components such as propositions, treatments, and engagement policies.

  • Support the development of decision strategies, adaptive models, and interaction history.

  • Testing & Documentation

  • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT phases.

  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and decisioning logic for future reference.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor defects and performance issues.

  • Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and architects to understand project requirements.

  • Attend Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Continuously learn and apply best practices in Pega development and decisioning.
