Job Title: Pega Decisioning Architect (multiple positions - DAs, SDAs & LDAs can apply)

About the Opportunity: As a Senior Pega Decisioning Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-scale Pega Decisioning solutions. You will mentor junior team members, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet critical business needs. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our clients' success while further developing your expertise in Pega Decisioning.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Pega development experience with a strong focus on Decisioning
• 3+ years of CDH experience.
• Solid understanding of data integration/SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred Qualifications: CPDC, CPDS, CSSA certifications.

Experienced with:

• Integrating CDH with channels,
• Realtime data ingestion and connections, realtime data management,
• Expertise in API integrations,
• CDH upgrade, troubleshooting, debugging and resolution
• Preferred experience with newer versions of CDH Infinity 23/24.x

Responsibilities:

• Design & Configuration: Lead the design and implementation of complex decisioning architectures within Pega CDH. Develop reusable components and frameworks for decisioning solutions. Design and implement advanced decision strategies incorporating predictive analytics and machine learning models. Optimize decisioning performance and scalability.
• Data Integration: Lead the design and implementation of complex data integration solutions for decisioning, including real-time data streaming and batch processing. Collaborate with data architects to define data models and data governance policies. Optimize data integration performance and scalability.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Lead requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders. Develop comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for complex decisioning solutions. Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement. Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Testing: Lead testing efforts for complex decisioning solutions, including performance testing, load testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop automated testing frameworks and strategies. Oversee the resolution of defects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Best Practices & Standards: Establish and enforce Pega coding standards and best practices. Develop and maintain reusable components, frameworks, and architectural patterns. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• CDH/NBA Designer: Possess a good understanding of CDH, Next-Best-Action Designer, and 1:1 Ops Manager.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level architects. Lead technical design reviews and code reviews. Promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Mentor junior consultants.
• Adaptability: Adapt to complex project environments and evolving business requirements. Proactively identify and address technical challenges.
• Project Management/Planning: Lead project planning and estimation efforts for complex decisioning implementations. Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
