We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and brand growth. This is a leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Manage digital presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) to measure performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies to stay ahead of competition.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Handle agency/vendor relationships and ensure ROI-driven outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in driving revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
