Profile - Domestic Process
Shifts- Day Shifts
Salary- Upto 20k ctc for freshers
Upto 25k Ctc For Experienced
Languages Mandatory- English Hindi
Any Qualification with excellent English Hindi communication can apply.
What You'll Do-
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
What We Need-
- Any Graduate with excellent English communication can apply.
- Must be fluent in English Hindi.
- Communication and thought process has to be good.
- Must be comfortable working from office.
