We are seeking an experienced In-house Legal Counsel to handle the company's legal matters across

corporate, civil, and criminal domains. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, a

sound understanding of corporate laws, and the ability to provide proactive legal support to

business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in civil and criminal cases before courts, tribunals, and regulatory

authorities.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external counsels, law firms, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Ensure the company's interests are protected in all legal proceedings.
  • Manage dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation strategy.
  • Conduct legal research and keep the management updated on relevant legal developments.

Key Requirements:

  • LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in civil and criminal litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
