Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Support and Admissions Officer/Admission Officer located in Ranchi. We are looking for a dynamic and customer focussed person to join our team as an SSAO/ AO. The role involves counselling students and parents about Aakash courses (Foundation, NEET and JEE),managing the admission process, handling student queries and ensuring a smooth onboarding and support experience for both students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents on course options and admission procedures.
  • Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups to achieve admission targets.
  • Manage student enrollment, documentation and fee related processes.
  • Provide academic and administrative support to students and parents.
  • Maintain records and prepare admission reports.
  • A background in Education or related field is beneficial

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 1-4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS- Office and CRM tools.
