The Role: Where Your Language Expertise Meets AI Innovation

As an AI Data Trainer, you will:

  • Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of various topics.
  • Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy in various contexts.
  • Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability in the respective domains.

Your Profile

We are seeking candidates who combine strong linguistic expertise with analytical skills. The ideal profile includes:

  • Academic background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Communication, or a related field (students currently enrolled are also encouraged to apply). Applicants from other professional backgrounds with demonstrated writing and editing skills are welcome.

  • Language mastery: Exceptional command of written Hindi, with excellent grammar, syntax, and stylistic versatility.

  • AI/LLM expertise: Prior experience in AI training or working with large language models will be considered a significant advantage in the selection process.

  • English proficiency: B2–C1 level for effective team collaboration.

  • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work independently.
