About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and implement procurement strategies across categories.
  • Oversee the complete procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for favourable contracts and terms.
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain key supplier relationships.
  • Analyse market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure supply continuity.
  • Implement and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Track and report key metrics to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize procurement software/tools (SAP, Oracle, Coupa) to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience as Procurement Manager/Purchasing Manager.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in supplier or third-party management software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills with excellent communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification (CPSM, CIPS, PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience in [insert specific industry—e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, construction].
  • Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices.
