About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive end-to-end product strategy, user experience user experience, and feature delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful and scalable fintech solutions.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for UPI/E-NACH/Transaction Banking and payment-related products
  • Define & own product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities aligned with business objectives from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis; identify customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
  • Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to build, test, and launch features.
  • Stay updated with NPCI guidelines, regulatory changes, and evolving trends in digital payments
  • Utilize data analysis tools in identifying key trends and patterns of seller behaviour and recommend new features to improve their experience and satisfaction on the platform.
  • Create innovative product and feature conceptualization, documenting PRDs, launching, and measuring success end-to-end.
  • Create a seamless environment for customers, which would increase our platform's usage, leading to user retention growth.
  • Developed and executed a comprehensive product optimization plan, utilizing A/B testing and heat mapping to personalize recommendations on the home screen based on user activity and preferences.
  • Leverage AI/ML models to enhance product features, automate workflows, improve decision-making, and drive personalization within the platform.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in UPI,E-NACH, payments, or transaction banking platforms
  • Prior experience in implementing AI-driven product features, such as recommendation engines, chatbots, predictive analytics, or process automation, is highly preferred
  • Someone with an entrepreneurial mind-set who enjoys taking end-to-end ownership of the product and work across stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives for the product.
  • A keen eye for understanding the end user and creating product-led solutions to bridge user need gaps.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to define KPIs, KPI dashboards and success metrics.
  • Prioritization: The PM should be able to carry out effective prioritization of user stories balancing between user experiences, business requirements, tech debts and resourcing
  • B. Tech & MBA from Tier1 institutions would be preferred
