HR Strategy & Planning• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.• Set up and manage HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.• Suggest and implement HR tools to improve efficiency and reporting.• Build and streamline systems and protocols to support a growing organization.2. Hire-to-Retire Management• Manage the entire HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding, and exit processes.• Handle employee records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.• Drive initiatives for employee retention and engagement.4. Employee Relations & Engagement• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, pay, benefits, leave, and performance.• Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.• Conduct employee engagement programs to build a strong organizational culture.5. Performance & Development• Design and manage performance appraisal systems.• Identify skill gaps and plan learning and development programs.• Implement career development initiatives for employee growth.6. Payroll & Compliance• Oversee payroll processing, leave, and attendance management.• Manage statutory compliances including ESIC, EPF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Annual Returns.• Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices and maintain accurate HR documentation.7. HR Policies & Tools• Develop and update company HR policies and procedures.• Implement and manage HRMS tools for efficient HR operations.• Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking HR practices with industry standards.Required Skills & Qualifications• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role (5+ years).• Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.• Experience in payroll management, attendance, and leave systems.• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and recruitment platforms.• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.• Strong communication and leadership abilities.• Ability to work independently and set up processes from scratch.• Must be comfortable working in a start-up mode with limited systems and have the energy to build HR protocols and processes from the ground up.Preferred Attributes• Experience in the IT or software services industry.• Knowledge of modern HR trends and tools.• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.• Start-up mindset – willingness to take initiative, work hands-on, and grow with the organization.
