The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, develop HR policies, manage onboarding and training programs. Daily tasks include handling employee relations, conducting performance reviews, managing payroll and benefits administration, and driving employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to support organizational growth and maintain a healthy work culture.QualificationsHuman Resources Management, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition skillsExperience in developing HR policies and managing employee relationsStrong understanding of labor laws, factory compliance and industrial relationsAbility to conduct performance reviews and manage training programsPayroll and Benefits Administration skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in the manufacturing or confectionery industry is a plus
