Job description -

  • Examine the previous months target and achievements data
  • Allocate targets, through Distributors ,based on target KPIs
  • Visit outlets with DSE & distributors if there is a recurring problem or if they
  • are critical for business
  • Resolve issues and implement action plan
  • Enforce service levels for all outlets including KROs on priority
  • Check DSE visits -service levels based on msmart
  • Check for the stock levels with retailer -at least 2 days
  • Prioritize the important tasks
  • Review, monitor and work with distributor to achieve performance
  • Distributor/DSE/promoter capability and support needed
  • Boosted sales revenue by cultivating strong client relationships and

implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Analyzed sales data regularly to monitor progress towards goals and make

necessary adjustments to strategy as needed.

  • Developed sales strategy based on research of consumer buying trends and

market conditions.

  • Created and implemented successful sales campaigns to drive leads and

increase sales.
