What you'll lead:· Continuous Improvement: Spot gaps, driveenhancements, and boost operational efficiency.· Process Standardization: Build andimplement unified processes across all retail locations for a seamless customerexperience.· Cross -Functional Collaboration: Workclosely with multiple teams to align improvement initiatives and deliverintegrated solutions.· Kaizen & Excellence Projects: LeadKaizen events and bring expert problem -solving to targeted business areas.· Project Leadership: Run and coordinatehigh -impact, cross -functional projects and ensure they deliver businessoutcomes.Why This Role Matters:· You'llbe a strategic driver of our operations — not justfirefighting, but shaping how we scale.· Highvisibility: you'll interact with senior leadership and lead transformationacross business functions.· Growthopportunity: as we expand, this role can evolve into a center -of -excellencehead or a senior operations leadership function.· Impact:your work will directly influence operational efficiency, cost optimization,and team productivity.Requirements· Minimum10 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or businesstransformation roles.· Deepunderstanding of operational excellence frameworks / methodologies (Lean, SixSigma, TPM, etc.).· Provenexperience in leading OpEx / continuous improvement projects and drivingmeasurable business impact.· Excellentstakeholder management: able to work with cross -functional teams and seniorleadership.· Experiencein change management and building operational capabilities within teams.· Strongcommunication and presentation skills—comfortable running workshops, training,and steering committees.· Strong background in Customer Excellence,Continuous Improvement, Retail Ops, or similar domains · Proven experience running process optimizationprojects· Solid collaboration, communication, andstakeholder management skills.
