Category Lead PositionWe are seeking a skilled Category Lead to join our team and drive end-to-end operational excellence. As a Category Lead, you will be responsible for managing production timelines, vendor relationships, and logistics across multiple factories and export channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve delivery times.Collaborate with manufacturing units to drive efficiency and quality outcomes.Analyze demand and supply data to inform production and procurement plans.Implement data-driven visibility tools to improve tracking and reporting.Manage inbound shipments, consolidation, and export coordination from India to Europe.Cross-functional coordination with design, sourcing, operations, and warehouse teams.Ideal Candidate8-10 years' experience in supply chain/operations within home & living/D2C brands.Strong understanding of vendor management, production planning, and logistics.Proven ability to manage multi-category supply chains (furniture, rugs, soft furnishings).Comfort with data and tech tools (Excel, ERP/WMS, or similar).Deep attention to detail, structured thinking, and bias for action.Ability to work across time zones and manage communication between India and Europe.
