About the Role: We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Captain to lead the service team, maintain high guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth operations in our premium fine-dining restaurant.

  • Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide stewards during service hours
  • Ensure fine dining service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Manage table reservations, sequence of service, and coordination with kitchen & bar
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
  • Conduct daily briefings and coordinate with the manager for shift planning
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming standards of staff
  • Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years' experience in fine dining
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Smart, confident, and customer-service oriented
  • Knowledge of table setting, wine service, and menu explanation
  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and ensure excellent service throughout their dining experience
  • Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar
  • Set up tables, maintain dining area cleanliness, and ensure food presentation standards
  • Upsell menu items and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Support the Captain and Manager during peak hours
  • Requirements: 1–3 years' experience in fine dining or premium restaurants
  • Good communication and grooming standards
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
