Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture documentation.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to design applications that are resilient to failure and can handle high traffic.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement monitoring strategies to detect and address potential issues before they impact users.
  • Maintain and improve monitoring tools and dashboards.
  • Review and enhance the incident management process and implement Shift Left automation.
  • Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct load testing and capacity planning to ensure systems can handle peak traffic.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline deployment and management processes.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code practices to ensure consistent and repeatable system configurations.
  • Work with development teams to integrate automation tools into their workflows.
  • Implement security best practices to protect systems and data.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in designing and maintaining reliable, scalable systems.
  • Hands-on experience with automation, monitoring, performance tuning, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Proven track record of working in high-availability, high-traffic environments.
  • Experience in implementing incident management and proactive monitoring systems.

Education:
Any Graduation.
