Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About The Opportunity
A fast-growing organization in the Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure & SaaS sector delivering highly available, mission-critical services to enterprise customers. We are hiring an on-site Site Reliability Engineer in India to own reliability, automation, and operational excellence across cloud-native production systems.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and operate SLOs/SLIs and error budgets; drive reliability improvements to meet business SLAs.
  • Design, build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automated pipelines for provisioning, deployment, and scaling.
  • Operate, harden, and optimize Kubernetes clusters, container runtimes and associated platform services for production traffic.
  • Implement comprehensive observability: metrics, tracing, logging and alerting to reduce MTTD and MTTR.
  • Lead incident response, runbook creation, postmortems and RCA to drive permanent fixes and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with development teams to embed reliability best practices, capacity planning and cost optimization into the SDLC.
