Role Overview:The Telemarketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and coordinating closely with the sales team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive approach to meeting targets and reporting progress. Key Responsibilities:Location: Vile Parle West Mumbai1.
Lead Generation:o Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, online research, and databases.o Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements and potential interest in the company's products or services.2. Customer Outreach:o Initiate and manage calls with potential customers to present company offerings, answer queries, and build rapport.o Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.3. Sales Coordination:o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.o Provide relevant customer insights and feedback to the sales team for effective follow-ups.4.
Reporting & Documentation:o Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system or designated tools.o Prepare and present periodic reports on lead generation, call statistics, and sales coordination activities.5. Administrative Tasks:o Prepare and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). o Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of lead databases.6.
Continuous Improvement:o Stay updated on industry trends and the company's products/services.o Actively participate in training sessions and contribute to improving team processes. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum (2-5Years) experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or a similar role.
Skills:o Excellent communication skills.o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). o Familiarity with CRM tools and telemarketing software is a plus.o Ability to handle objections and remain motivated under pressure. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of leads generated weekly/monthly.
Conversion rate from leads to prospects. Call volume and engagement metrics. Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
