We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with 1–3 years of experience in D2C performance marketing and a strong academic background (IIT or BITS Pilani is mandatory).

This role is central to STRUTT's digital-first growth engine. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid acquisition and retention channels — including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and CRM/retention tools.

You will work closely with the Marketing Head, brand consultants, and creative team to ensure every rupee spent translates into measurable customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels.
  • Own daily campaign setup, optimization, and scaling with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and ad formats to maximize CTR and conversions.
  • Work with branding & design teams to brief and co-create ad assets optimized for performance.
  • Monitor algorithm changes, platform updates, and new beta features to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Retention & CRM
  • Build and execute retention campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and push notifications.
  • Set up automation flows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, post-purchase) using tools like Klaviyo, MoEngage, or WebEngage.
  • Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize messaging for higher LTV.
  • Collaborate with CX to integrate feedback and reviews into retention communication.
  • Analytics & Growth
  • Track and analyze key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV, and churn rates.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards and insights for founders, highlighting actionable improvements.
  • Implement attribution tracking across channels using GA4, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.
  • Forecast and manage ad spends vs revenue targets, ensuring healthy unit economics.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work directly with the Marketing Head and consultants to align performance strategies with brand storytelling.
  • Coordinate with product and design teams for landing page optimization and campaign alignment.
  • Partner with marketplace & sales teams to sync D2C campaigns with launches, offers, and festive pushes.
