Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the store.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.

2. Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive sales performance to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for smooth supply chain management.
  • Prevent stock shrinkage through proper controls and audits.

4. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
  • Schedule shifts and assign duties effectively.
  • Motivate the team to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.

5. Financial Management

  • Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare sales reports and submit to senior management.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures.

6. Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Maintain store security and loss prevention measures.
