We are seeking a Warehouse and Plant Planning Team Leader to take ownership of warehouse quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and overseeing the receipt, issuance, storage, and reconciliation of materials.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead a team in maintaining high standards of inventory control, managing change control, incidents, corrective actions, and preventive actions.

  • Develop and implement effective QMS strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Manage team members to achieve set targets and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of inventory levels, transactions, and compliance with regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and experience in working with teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the warehouse
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8-12 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, with a strong focus on quality management systems and team leadership
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
