Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an individual to oversee the daily operations of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The main responsibilities include:
  • Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment
  • Monitor store expenses and optimize cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives


Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Minimum 10th pass qualification
  • Age limit: 18 to 25 years
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
