Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design teams to create and refine footwear concepts,

ensuring alignment with brand standards and market trends.

  • Conduct material research and selection, focusing on sustainability and

performance.

  • Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications and prototypes for

footwear products.

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials and

manufacturing services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth

communication and collaboration.

  • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards

and timelines.

  • Oversee the entire development process from concept to production, ensuring

adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and

production, to align product development with business goals.

  • Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to inform product

development and sourcing strategies.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field.

2-6 years of experience in footwear development and sourcing.

Strong knowledge of footwear materials, manufacturing processes, and

market trends.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
