Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Store Manager for a Western Fashion brand . The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention strategies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the store meets sales targets. The Store Manager will also work on improving store policies and procedures to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management and overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and enhance customer experiences
