Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter - RPO.

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting
  • Min 3 years of experience as RPO
  • Working experience in a target submission and closure environment
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with talent acquisition tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
