Job Title: Tech Recruiter Experience Level: 6 months to 2 Years CTC: 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 per annum Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai / Vashi, Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Recruiter with 6 months to 2 Years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent to help build our high-performing engineering and product teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, build robust pipelines, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. MUST HAVE SKILLS:: - PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS TECH RECRUITER (6 MONTHS TO 2 YEARS) - SHOULD HAVE AN EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN IT INDUSTRY BEFORE Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent - Conduct technical skills assessments and candidate screenings - Source candidates through various channels and networks - Manage the interview scheduling and on-boarding process - Stay updated on tech recruitment trends and best practices - Utilise recruitment analytics to optimize the hiring process - Implement diversity hiring initiatives - Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment budget Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - 6 months - 2 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or at an agency. - Strong understanding of technical roles and modern tech stacks. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Strong knowledge of the tech industry and recruitment tools - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates - Proficiency in Python recruitment - Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies Other Details: This is a full- time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
