You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent for our clients and internal teams. This is an on-site role based in Baner, Pune, ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)Understand complex IT requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategiesInteract with hiring managers to gather role requirements and align recruitment goalsSource candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databasesScreen candidates for both technical and cultural fitSchedule interviews, manage feedback, and coordinate candidate communicationMaintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified tech talentEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experienceKey Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitmentStrong grasp of IT technologies, roles, and recruitment trendsExperience sourcing through job portals, social media, and networkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple open positions with attention to detailBachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field preferredImmediate joiners will be prioritized
