Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves actively following up on qualified leads, understanding client needs, and converting prospects into happy customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with inbound leads provided by the company (no cold-calling required).
  • Build rapport with potential clients and understand their real estate and construction needs.
  • Present Builddrite Studio's offerings, packages, and USPs confidently.
  • Coordinate with the design and execution team to provide accurate proposals.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates on lead status.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is a must.
