We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Warehouse Operations in Delhi and Chandigarh. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving HR initiatives aligned with operational goals and ensuring a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with warehouse leadership to drive HR strategies around staffing, performance, and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies at warehouse locations.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives for warehouse staff.
  • Analyze HR metrics and support workforce planning and productivity improvement.
  • Lead initiatives related to employee welfare, health & safety, and culture building.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or warehousing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR operations in a multi-site setup.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently between Delhi and Chandigarh.

  • It is an OFFROLL Position .
