Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager (Quick Commerce) to manage and grow our partnerships across leading quick commerce platforms. The candidate must have a strong background in managing online sales channels, be able to build relationships with platform teams, and deliver growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for Quick Commerce accounts (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) and E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C website).
- Develop strategies to drive sales, visibility, and profitability across platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform stakeholders.
- Monitor stock, pricing, promotions, and visibility campaigns.
- Track performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
- Negotiate for better margins, promotions, and visibility placements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Quick Commerce account management.
- Hands-on knowledge of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, as well as E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C website).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing or a related field preferred.
