Payroll Management:
•

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Collect and verify attendance data, leave records, and overtime details.
• Maintain employee records related to compensation and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).
• Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with finance for disbursement.
• Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
• Manage full and final settlement for exiting employees.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing .
    • Experience in HR software tools is an added advantage.

Office Time : 10 am to 7pm ( Sunday off )
