**Responsibilities**

**1**. Team Leadership**:
**Lead a team of payroll analysts, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.**

**Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance efficiency.**

**2.**Payroll Operations**:
**Oversee payroll activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.**

**Address and resolve complex payroll issues or escalations.**

**3.**Reporting and Analytics**:
**Generate payroll reports for management review and decision-making.**

**Analyse trends and provide insights to improve payroll operations.**

**4.**Compliance and Process Improvement**:
**Ensure compliance with US statutory requirements and company policies.**

**Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.**

**Qualifications we seek in you**

**Minimum Qualifications**

**Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.**

**Proven experience in Payroll or a related role, with a strong background in leadership.**

**Advanced proficiency in payroll software and reporting tools.**

**Five Days working from Office**

**Preferred Qualifications/ Skills**

**Certification in payroll management or HR operations.**

**Experience in process improvement and automation.**

**Preference of an understanding of Workday/HRMS Payroll module**

**Key Skills and Attributes**:
**Leadership and team management skills.**

**Analytical mindset with attention to detail.**

**Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.**
