Position: HR Recruiter Bulk Hiring

Location: Mumbai Andheri

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM (Sunday fixed off)

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for telesales, international sales, insurance sales & BPO roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Screen, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain recruitment dashboards & reports.

What Were Looking For:

1 years of experience in bulk hiring (preferably in BPO/sales recruitment).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under timelines.
