As a People Experience Coordinator, your role involves partnering with the PX Team to provide operational support, contract administration, and learning coordination. You will play a key role in various people activities within a high-growth organization, offering you an exciting career pathway within People and Culture. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting the team and global objectives in an end-to-end capacity. Your hands-on approach, team player attitude, excellent administration, coordination skills, high energy, and positivity will contribute to your success. - Managing recruitment, interview, and offer processes to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to employee induction and end of probation periods. This includes sending out offer letters, contracts, and liaising with new joiners. - Assisting in interview scheduling, tracking, and ad-hoc candidate liaison. - Supporting various offer to joining and onboarding tasks and activities for the PX function as part of the global employee onboarding process. - Conducting security vetting during the onboarding process and providing support with analytics/data for reporting as needed. - Handling leaver administration, including removing individuals from systems, sending out exit surveys, and maintaining the E-Filing System for compliance and efficiency. - Managing the PX inbox for the region on a daily basis and ensuring accurate data via the PX system. - Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, people initiatives, and transformation change projects to facilitate your development and progression. - Coordinating PX-related activities across the organization. With the full support of the Chief People Officer, Regional PX Leader, and your colleagues, you will have the opportunity to contribute effectively to the team's success and growth. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in driving the People Experience function forward.,
