2. Roles and Responsibilities

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing overall sales operations, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. Your designated working area will be the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Your key roles and responsibilities include:

a) Achieving Sales Targets

  • You are expected to drive monthly and annual sales targets through your team.
  • Implement sales strategies to boost product sales and ensure profitability.

b) Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Formulate and execute result-oriented sales strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective market penetration strategies.

c) Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.

d) Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of your team regularly.
  • Provide training, feedback, and guidance to the team to enhance productivity.
  • Submit monthly performance and progress reports to the management.

e) Managing and Leading the Sales Team

You will be responsible for managing and guiding our sales team, consisting of:

  • 2 Sales Executives
  • 2 Techno Sales Executives
  • 2 Foot-on-Street Persons
  • 5 Back Office & Marketing Team Members (Support team)

3. Terms of Employment

  • Probation Period: 6 months.
  • Notice Period: 1 month.
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Other Benefits: As per company policy.
