Process Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team to handle the Pre-Claim Review (PCR) process. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling patient records, ICD coding, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Review and validate ICD codes for accuracy and compliance.
- Handle PCR-related documentation and submissions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient records management and ICD coding.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in PCR, medical billing, or coding processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations.

Pay: ₹216, ₹264,000.00 per year
