Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end design processes from concept to delivery, ensuring designs meet high-quality standards.
  • Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Design engaging animations and motion graphics using
    Adobe After Effects
    to enhance overall user experience.
  • Integrate
    3D design elements
    into UI for immersive and interactive digital experiences.
  • Conduct
    user research
    , usability testing, and apply insights to improve user flow and interaction.
  • Collaborate directly with clients
    during meetings and presentations to understand requirements and present design solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and internal teams to align design solutions with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
    to maintain a cutting-edge design approach.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers when needed, ensuring team creativity and design consistency.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a
    UI/UX Designer
    with a strong portfolio demonstrating animation and 3D design expertise.
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
    ,
    Figma
    , or similar design tools.
  • Solid understanding of
    user-centered design principles
    and responsive design.
  • Hands-on experience with
    3D design tools
    (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya).
  • Excellent
    client communication and presentation skills
    — confident in handling client interactions and design discussions.
  • Strong
    English communication skills
    (verbal and written).
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
