Role Overview

We are seeking young and talented Trainer to lead and manage training for franchise partners under the Franchise Support Program (FSP). The ideal candidate will design and conduct structured training sessions, ensure operational consistency across categories like Hospitality, F&B, Beauty, Wellness, and Retail, and support partners in implementing brand standards effectively.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for franchise partners and internal teams.

  • Create and update SOPs, operational manuals, and process documentation.

  • Assess partner performance and provide structured feedback.

  • Ensure franchise compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards.

  • Work with business and operations teams to identify and address training gaps.

  • Prepare reports and track performance metrics for training outcomes.

 
Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Trainer / Franchise Trainer / Business Coach in Franchise, Hospitality, F&B, Wellness, or Retail sectors.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in SOP creation and operational training.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Mumbai-based (Santacruz preferred).

  • Age: Up to 40 years.

Preferred:

  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or startup environments.

  • Certification in Training or Learning & Development (added advantage).
