- As the Franchise Training Head you will be responsible for driving the learning and development agenda for Business Operations and Franchisee teams. You will play a pivotal role in identifying training needs, designing- Impactful learning solutions, and ensuring effective delivery across programs. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders.- Conduct monthly meetings with department heads to identify training needs for BO-Ops and franchisee teams.- Collaborate with managers to define team-specific training requirements.- Coordinate and deliver soft-skill and functional training programs for associates.- Monitor training outcomes through regular reviews and align with business goals.- Drive execution of training programs- Organize Train the Trainer (TTT) programs to strengthen internal training capability.- Ensure compliance and coverage of all mandated e-learning modules.- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in consultation with stakeholders.- Lead and mentor a 30-member training team.- Build expertise in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to training.- Plan and execute franchisee seminars across regions to drive performance.- Champion digital learning initiatives to improve training efficiency and reach.
