Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Executive to join our finance and taxation team. The role primarily involves preparation and filing of income tax returns, TDS returns, and transfer pricing reports (Form 3CEB), along with active involvement in tax assessments and litigation support. The ideal candidate should be conversant with the Income Tax e-filing portal and possess strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Preparation and filing of:

o Income Tax Returns (ITR)

o TDS Returns

o Transfer Pricing Reports (Form 3CEB)

 Regular tracking and use of the Income Tax e-filing portal for:

o Filing submissions, rectifications, appeals, and status updates

 Support in handling tax assessments:

o Coordination with internal/external stakeholders for data collation

o Analyzing financial/tax data and preparing annexures in prescribed formats

o Responding to queries and assisting in submissions to tax authorities

 Assistance in managing tax litigation matters

 Drafting replies to notices from Income Tax Authorities

 Follow-up on pending tax refunds and resolution of related issues

 Maintaining and updating compliance trackers for all tax-related deadlines and filings

 Conducting tax research using databases such as Taxmann, Taxsutra, etc.

 Preparing presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint

 Ensuring timely compliance with direct tax regulations and internal control procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • TDS Return Filing: 1 year (Required)
  • Direct Taxes: 1 year (Required)
  • Income Tax Returns (ITR): 1 year (Required)
