Experience Requirement: He Must Have Min 9-10 Year of Export Knowledge of Dispatch Export Shipment

Role & Responsibilities
  • Planning of Dispatch Export Shipment
  • Coordination with Custom House Agent (CHA) | Shipping Line
  • Follow-up with CHS and Freight Forwarding
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, including verifying order details, checking inventory availability, and scheduling shipments.
  • Shipment Planning: Plan and schedule shipments, including selecting transportation modes, carriers, and routes.
  • Load Planning and Optimization: Plan and optimize loads to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
  • Carrier Management: Manage relationships with transportation carriers, including negotiating rates, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Schedule deliveries with customers, including coordinating with transportation carriers and managing delivery exceptions.
  • Tracking and Tracing: Track and trace shipments, including monitoring shipment status, updating customers, and resolving delivery issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and shipment reports.
