Role & responsibilities


• Export documentation regarding raising invoices

& packing list, shipping instruction etc. as per

incoterm & payment term.


• To ensure clearance of shipment under DBK and

making bank certificate & dealing with CHA,

forwarding agency & Govt. authorities.


• Independently dealing with buying houses for

clearing documents & payments.


• Dealing with banks & work of all banking activities

related to exports shipments.


• To ensure export documentation follow ups after

releasing the BRC from bank.


• Co-ordination with CHA & forwarding agency for

import shipment custom clearance & release.


• Interacting with Govt. departments & regulatory

authorities for obtaining advance License, EPCG

License, RODTEP & ensuring compliance with

statutory obligations.


• To communicate with the buyer regarding

payments, documents required, VSL approval.


• Preparation of documents for foreign remittances

& L/C checking verification.


• Tracking of shipments and updating the customer

from time to time regarding their shipments.
