We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales strategy, client relationship management, and business development. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
