What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Lead generation & business development: Identify and engage potential clients — corporates, brands, celebrities — to pitch 4Ace's event and branding services.
  • Sales pitching & negotiations: Create compelling sales decks, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Client management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and cross-sell services (event management, celebrity endorsements, PR, magazine coverage).
  • Target achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market research: Stay on top of trends in events, branding, and celebrity marketing to spot new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams: Work closely with operations, creative, and event execution teams to ensure client promises are delivered seamlessly.
  • Reporting & forecasting: Maintain sales pipelines, prepare regular reports, and forecast revenues to help with business planning.

Who We Are Looking For (Skills & Experience)

  • Proven sales experience also for freshers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close big-deal contracts.
  • Relationship-builder: Comfortable interacting with senior-level stakeholders (CEOs, founders, celebrities).
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude; able to work independently and as part of a small, driven team.
  • Basic understanding of event management or branding industry is a plus
